Our Story

A long but simple story, starting in 1995 when Michele and Manuela founded the activity… The ‘’Bar Olimpia’’. Yes, everything started from a café. 

Step by step, we have first turned into a ‘’Wine Bar’’: then into a restaurant, only open for lunch.

In 2009 we decided to expand our location with courage and passion, committing ourselves completely to the restaurant, at last.

From the very beginning we are focused on high quality cuisine with a particular concern on raw materials, involving some seafood.

Subsequently, Thanks to a collaboration with some Sicilian shipowners, we were able to serve raw seafood and fish fresh out of the sea coming from Sicily.

Having at our disposal such a precious resource considered among the best in the world, seems natural to specialize in raw seafood, such as Red Shrimps and Scampi from Mazara del Vallo, the famous Red Tuna, caught in FAO areas only.

From ships coming from Marsala we receive fresh seafood, delivered to us at least 3 times per week. Sea basses, sea breams, amberjacks, depending on what has been caught. 

Thank to such a high quality, our cuisine that comprehend 4 selection for each course manages to be simple and authentic.
